The HUB redevelopment improved the learning platform through both functionality and capacity with Springboard’s future growth. Reaching out to untapped potential for wider geographic and population usage. Transformed from a simple WordPress website, with a paper tracking data system, to a single-page application with a live data tracking system.

The previous HUB platform was created 10 years old ago, and about 60% of the technology was outdated. Educational programs were designed years ago and may no longer be relevant or appropriate to our learners’ needs. The data collection method has been poor, and as of result, the data evaluation is inaccurate.

Each learning module is equipped with facilitator training resources which include a program guide (learning objectives, session index, discussion and engagement tips) and an interactive learning screen. The learning module also has a hard copy journal that the learners receive at the beginning of the program and keep after graduation. This journal can be completed both during HUB program delivery and at home.
